Vodka sandwich

Cut the black bread into slices, then cut in half or cut different figures into molds. Rub butter with yolks of boiled eggs and finely chopped onions (you can rub yolks with mayonnaise and sweet mustard). Spread the bread pieces with the mixture, then pour the finely chopped spring onions thickly on top. Cut the herring fillet into small strips and place on the spring onion in the form of a flower. Drizzle with herring sauce (if there is no sauce, mix 2-3 tbsp vegetable oil and 1 tsp vinegar or mustard, salt a little, pepper, add pepper and bay leaf, let stand a little). Paint the sandwich with lemon wedges or olives.
