Sandwich
Cut the bottom of the loaf not to the end to get an opening lid. Choose the meatball, leaving a layer of 1cm. Grease the baton inside and the lid with softened butter. Grate the cheese, sausage, egg and vegetables into cubes or straws, finely chop the greens. Mix everything, season with mayonnaise. If there is not enough filling, add the crumb soaked in milk. Fill the loaf with filling, cover and rewind tightly with a wet wipe. Allow to stand to soften slightly, put briefly in a hot oven or in the microwave for maximum power. Cool and refrigerate to freeze, then remove the napkin and slice.
