Bacon cheeseburger

This cheeseburger recipe will help a lot if you need to quickly and heartily feed unexpected guests. Make a crisp, hearty and smart cheeseburger for them - a recipe that's simple and quick.

chopped beef - 600 g, salt - 0.5 tsp, pepper to taste, tabasco sauce (a few drops) to taste, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, tomatoes - 1 pc., red onion - 1 pc., cucumbers - 1 pc., lettuce - 4 leaves, bacon - 8 pieces, burger bun with sesame 4 pcs., mayonnaise - 4 tsp, cheddar cheese - 4 pieces, ketchup - 4 tsp.

Add salt, pepper, Tabasco sauce to the minced meat, mix and form 4 meatballs. Fry the meatballs in vegetable oil until ruddy, reduce the heat to a minimum and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Slice tomatoes and cucumber, cut onions into rings. Disassemble the salad into leaves, rinse and dry. Fry the bacon on both sides until golden, put on a napkin to stack the fat. Bake the buns lightly in a toaster and cut in half. Spread the lower halves of the buns with mayonnaise (1 teaspoon per bun), cover with a lettuce leaf. Top with the meatballs, then the onion rings, a slice of cheese, slices of cucumber and tomato, and 2 slices of bacon. Then put 1 teaspoon of ketchup on each bun and cover with the top of the bun.
