Green tomato jam

cream tomatoes 60-70 pcs., sugar per 1 liter of water (for syrup): 1 kg
For this unusual jam, small tomatoes of an oblong shape are taken, about 60-70 pieces, fruit stalks are cut off along with part of the pulp and a hairpin, part of the seeds is removed. Tomatoes are boiled in 3 waters for several minutes. After each cook, the tomatoes are thoroughly washed with cold water. After that, the skin of the fruits can be easily removed. Then tomatoes are boiled in sugar syrup (1 kg of sugar per 1 liter of water) until thickened, set to cool overnight and pour jam from green tomatoes into cans.
