Soaked lingonberry is a good seasoning for fried meat, poultry and game.

Ripe berries are sorted, washed with boiled water, reclined on a sieve and allowed to drain. Then it is transferred into prepared glass jars and poured with cooled syrup. It is prepared as follows: sugar sand, salt, a little cinnamon and cloves are put into water, brought to a boil and cooled. Cans with lingonberries are covered with parchment paper (or polyethylene lids) and held at 10-15 ° C for 3-4 days. Stored in a cool place.
