Pumpkin in polish

We wash the pumpkin, clean it, remove the seeds, cut into pieces and cook until half-cooked. We prepare marinade from vinegar and sugar, boil it, throw the pumpkin, boil again for 7-10 minutes and leave to brew until the next day, then drain the marinade, bring it to a boil and pour the pumpkin again. So 4-5 times until the pumpkin cubes soften and turn brownish. We lay out cold pumpkin in cans, tie parchment and store it in the cellar.
