walnut - 1 kg, sugar - 800 g, water - 2 cups
Young, green nuts puncture with a thick needle in several places and soak in water for 2 weeks, changing water daily in the morning and evening. Then cook the nuts (the ready-made nut pierces freely) and roll back on a sieve. When the nuts are dry, put them in sugar syrup, boil and leave for 12 hours. Then boil everything again. If the syrup is liquid in a day, boil it with nuts for the third time. Hot green walnuts in sterilized dry jars, pour syrup, close tightly and wrap thoroughly for a day (for example, in pillows).
