Apple jelly

Rinse the ripe apples thoroughly, cut together with the skin into wedges, put in dishes, pour water and cook until soft. Put the boiled apples in a colander. Weigh the juice and with sugar (the mass of sugar should be equal to the mass of juice) boil 10 minutes. Pour the boiling mass into jars and put them in hot water for several minutes.
