Salted tomatoes

In one barrel (tub) it is better to salt vegetables of the same ripeness and the same color. Tomatoes are washed so as not to crumble. The bottom of the container is laid with currant and cherry leaves, horseradish, parsley, celery, dill, hot pepper pod is added, filled with tomatoes and poured with brine. Brine is cooled before pouring. The barrel or tub is closed and transferred to a cold place.
