Salted mushrooms (hot way)




About salting mushrooms at home. Depending on the type of mushrooms, salted mushrooms are prepared hot or cold. We offer a recipe for salted mushrooms prepared in a hot way.

fresh berozoviki - 1 kg, or fresh aspen - 1 kg, or fresh spruce - 1 kg, or fresh butter - 1 kg, salt - 40-50 g, water - 100 g, bay leaf to taste, black peas - 3-4 peas, cloves - 3-4 peas

Mushrooms are sorted, repeatedly washed with cold water. Water is poured into the pan, salt is poured in and prepared mushrooms are placed after boiling. During the cooking process, spices are added, foam is removed with a spoon, and mushrooms are always stirred. If the mushrooms are cut large, then they are boiled for up to half an hour, if finely - for 15-20 minutes. Ready-made mushrooms sink to the bottom of the pan. After cooling, they are placed in a keg without draining the decoction, closed with a circle with a light load and transferred to the cold. You can try salted mushrooms no earlier than in a month.
