Zrazy from sardinella (sardinopsa)

Fish fillet and bread, previously soaked in milk, pass through a meat grinder. From the obtained mass, shape circles 1 cm thick, put the filling on the middle of each (crushed fried onions, hard-boiled egg, cucumber, pepper and salt). Combine the edges of the circles, roll in crumbs, give them an oval shape and fry. Serve the zrazy with the boiled potatoes, spring onions and tomato sauce.
