Fish fillet, white bread soaked in milk and onions should be passed twice through a meat grinder. Add egg, salt, pepper to the minced meat, mix well. Shape the cakes, put the mince on the middle of each, combine the edges. Plan in ground crumbs and fry on both sides. To make mince, fry finely chopped onions, add chopped cool eggs, ground wheat crumbs, salt, pepper, parsley greens and mix. Pour the ready-made zrazes with butter. Serve with the combined side dish (green peas, roast potatoes, boiled carrots and beets, pickled fruits).
