Potatoes - 1 kg, Eggs - 1 pc., Salt - 0.5 tsp, Flour - 1 glass, Fat or vegetable oil - 120 g (for frying), Breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp. l.

You can fill potatoes with meat, cabbage or mushrooms and use as an independent dish. Preparation of filling for potatoes with meat: any boiled meat, gutters to pass through a meat grinder. Fry the onion and put the meat in it, warm for 5 minutes, add a little hot water (for juiciness) and season. For potatoes with cabbage: fry shredded finely fresh cabbage, season with toasted onions, salt, pepper.
