Mouth-watering toasted potatoes can be served as a side dish for meat, but they are good with different fillings and as an independent dish.
Potatoes - 1 kg, Eggs - 1 pc., Salt - 0.5 tsp, Flour - 1 glass, Fat or vegetable oil - 120 g (for frying), Breadcrumbs - 5 tbsp. l.

You can fill potatoes with meat, cabbage or mushrooms and use as an independent dish. Preparation of filling for potatoes with meat: any boiled meat, gutters to pass through a meat grinder. How to make potatoes: Peel the potatoes, wash.
