Beetroot and curd casserole

Wash the beets, bake in the oven until cooked, peel and pass through a meat grinder. Cook thick semolina on milk. Wipe the cottage cheese through a sieve, drive in the eggs, add the beets, sugar, salt and mix. Put the obtained mixture in manure porridge, mix thoroughly and put into a tin, greased with oil and sprinkled with crumbs. Drizzle with butter on top and bake in the oven.
