Curd casserole
Wipe the curd through a sieve. Beat the egg with sugar. Rinse the raisins. Mix the cottage cheese, butter, beaten egg, manka, salt, soda, vanilla, raisins and mix well. Grease the pan with oil or lightly sprinkle with semolina, lay out the curd mass with an even layer, grease with sour cream. Put bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until browned.
