Cottage cheese and dried fruit casserole

Cut the bread into 4 slices and wet in the milk, adding 10g of sugar to it. Wipe the cottage cheese, mix it with whipped proteins, sugar and semolina. Rinse the dried apricots and empty in water, cut into cubes, add raisins, combine everything together and mix well. Put a slice of wetted bread in a caster, on top of the curd mass, on top of the second slice of bread, drizzle with butter and bake. Serve with sour cream.
