Greek casserole
Pass the meat through a meat grinder along with vegetables, salt, pepper. Over the eggplant with boiling water, remove the skin, cut the flesh into pieces. Grease the tin with fat, put mashed potatoes in it, mince on top, chopped aubergines on it, then speck, diced. Sprinkle with ground crumbs, spread out pieces of oil. Bake in the oven over medium heat.
beef - 400 g, leek - 2-3 pcs., carrots - 250 g, eggplant - 2 pcs., speck (spig, stove) - 125 g, celery - 150 g, fresh mushrooms - 100 g, mashed potatoes - 2 cups, butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, breadcrumbs - 2 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste, pepper to taste
