Casserole with meat




The peeled potatoes are boiled, dried, thoroughly pushed, 1-2 raw eggs, oil, sour cream, salt are added, everything is mixed, well beaten. The produced puree is laid on a fat-greased baking tray or frying pan, the minced meat layer is put from boiled meat passed through a meat grinder and mixed with fried onions, salt and pepper. A puree pattern is applied over the minced meat. Bake in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes until slightly golden. Casserole is served hot with sour cream, pickles, sauerkraut, fresh vegetables, herbs.
