Cut the fish fillet into slices, fry in oil, put in a fat-lubricated form, pour with a mixture of beaten eggs, milk, mashed tomato, salt and grated nutmeg. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes. Serve with boiled rice or stewed vegetables.
