Bread and fried fish casserole




Soak the bread in milk and squeeze slightly. Wash the fish fillet, sprinkle with salt, roll in flour and fry on both sides in vegetable oil. Put the prepared bread and fish in layers on a pan greased with oil (margarine) or in a tin, pour over the top with beaten eggs. Put to bake in the preheated oven until a ruddy crust forms. When serving, pour over melted butter (margarine).

wheat bread - 200 g, fish fillet - 400 g, flour - 2 tbsp. spoons, vegetable oil - 3 tbsp. spoons, milk - 1.5 cups, eggs - 2 pcs., butter - 2 tbsp. spoons, or margarine - 2 tbsp. spoons, salt to taste
