Carrots - 800 g, Cottage cheese - 400 g, Semolina - 25 g, Eggs - 2 pcs., Butter - 60 g, Ground breadcrumbs - 20 g, Sour cream - 120 g (to taste), Sugar - 60 g (to taste), Salt - 1 pinch (to taste)The recipe products are in front of you.
Peel the carrots, wash. Cut the prepared carrots into pieces.
Let in a small amount of liquid. To do this, put the carrots in a saucepan, pour a little water (1 cm above the level of the carrots). Put on fire, bring to a boil. Cook for 10 minutes on the smallest heat.
Pass carrots through a meat grinder. Turn on the oven.
Put the carrots in a saucepan and heat strongly.
Then pour in semolina in a thin stream and mix well.
Wipe the curd through a sieve or pass through a meat grinder.
Add eggs, sugar, salt to carrots.
Combine the mashed cottage cheese with the rest of the ingredients.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Grease the tray with sides with oil, if desired, you can sprinkle with crumbs.
Place the prepared mass on a baking sheet greased with oil, level, sprinkle with crumbs.
Top with slices of butter or drizzle with melted butter.
Put in the oven on the middle shelf. Next, bake the casserole in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees until golden (35-40 minutes).
