Make mashed potatoes from boiled potatoes. Cook the heart and light in slightly salted water, then finely chop or pass through a meat grinder, salt, pepper and mix with finely chopped sautéed bulb onions. On a baking sheet, greased and sprinkled with crushed crumbs, put an even layer of mashed potatoes (half the norm), and on it - a layer of minced liver and cover with a second layer of mashed potatoes, grease with an egg on top and put in the oven for baking. When a toasty crust is formed, remove the casserole from the oven and cut into portions in the form of a rectangle or rhombus.
