Herring potato vinaigrette (hot)




Cook the potatoes in the skin, peel, cut into slices. Mix hot with finely chopped herring fillet, sprinkle with chopped green onions, pour vegetable oil, sprinkle with crushed (ground) crumbs, pepper, salt to taste and bake in the oven. Serve hot.

potatoes - 1 kg, herring fillet - 250 g, vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons, ground crumbs - 100 g, green onions - 100 g, or bulb onions - 100 g, ground black pepper to taste, salt to taste
