The smell of mushrooms cooked on charcoal is not comparable to anything, and only one type of kebab made of champignons makes the salivary flow. To make skewers from champignons, you will need, of course, the champignons themselves, and marinade. It is better to take medium-sized champignons and preferably the same - so that they all cook evenly. Traditionally, pickle for kebab from champignons is made on the basis of mayonnaise, where salt, black pepper or some kind of seasoning for mushrooms is also added. Vinegar or white wine is also used, but do not pour too much of them, because mushrooms perfectly absorb moisture and your champagne kebab can be sour. A very tasty champagne kebab is obtained if pieces of lard and vegetables are heated between mushrooms. Well, and of course, champignons can take full part in kebabs made of pork, beef, veal, fish and poultry.
