Pork kebab marinade is as important as good meat. Different recipes use a variety of marinades for pork - here are kefir, mayonnaise and wine. Below is the simplest and most familiar recipe for vinegar and onion-based pork kebab marinade.
Pork - 1-1.5 kg, Vinegar (natural, fruit) - 1 cup, Water - 1 cup, Bulb onions - 3-4 pcs., Salt - 1 tsp, Bay leaf - 1 pc., Sugar - 0.5 tsp, Ground pepper - 0.25-0.5 tsp, Pepper peas - 8-12 pcs.

How to make pork kebab marinade: Peel and wash the onions.
Shred onions with half rings.
Stir the meat, cut into pieces with the onions, pepper and bay leaf.
Dissolve salt and sugar in water, add vinegar.
