Tuna with tomato sauce

Peel the tomatoes, cut out the stalk and finely chop, collecting the juice. Put out finely chopped onions and garlic in 3 tbsp. spoons of olive oil, add tomatoes with juice and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add capers and olives, simmer for 2 minutes, salt, pepper, season with sugar and nutmeg and remove from the heat. Rinse the fish fillet, dry, sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour over the lemon juice. Fry the fish on both sides in 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil and serve with the cooked sauce.
