Tuna in the peasant way

Fry the tuna in a pan, salt and leave. Fry the onions and flour until golden, pour in the wine, water and vinegar, season with salt, pepper, cumin, bay leaf and parsley, add the tomato flesh wiped through a sieve and put on the heat. Put the fried fish in the boiling sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Add chopped cucumbers, capers and parsley to the sauce before serving. Serve hot.
