Cod meatballs

Soak the bun in milk and squeeze. Cut the onions into circles and fry. Let the fish pulp, onion, bun pass twice through a meat grinder, add egg, salt, pepper and mix thoroughly to make a homogeneous mass. Divide the cooked mince into small round meatballs, flatten them slightly, roll in crumbs and fry on both sides. Put in a shallow saucepan, fill with sour cream sauce and simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes, making sure that the meatballs do not burn. Then pour in the finely chopped dill and stir gently, shaking the pan. Put the meatballs on the dish and pour over the sauce.
