Belip is a protein product consisting of fresh cottage cheese, cod and vegetable oil. Refers to products of high biological value. To prepare belip, skin-free cod fillet is washed well, passed twice through a meat grinder, mixed with curd, bread soaked in water and onions fried in vegetable oil. It is passed through the meat grinder again. Egg, pepper, salt are added to the mince and the mass is well kneaded. Meatballs are formed from minced meat, mealed in flour, fried, poured with milk sauce and stewed for 3-4 minutes. Also, knels, round rissoles, cutlets are prepared from such mince, used as a filling for pies.
