Pike perch in a homely way

Cut the peeled walleye into circles, fold in a deep frying pan, add oil, onions, salt, peppers, bay leaves, pour fish broth so that the water does not cover the fish, put it on fire and simmer for 30 minutes, then add sour cream, wine and simmer again over low heat for 10 minutes.
