Vermicelli mackerel

Cut mackerel into fillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Slice the onions, fry in a frying pan until golden and place the prepared fillet, and top with the tomato slices and chopped parsley. Add a few drops of lemon juice, cover and cook over a low heat until tender. Boil the vermicelli separately. Serve the fish with vermicelli, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped parsley, garnish with lemon, green salad and slices of red pepper.
