Schnitzel of merlouse

Cut the merlouse fillet into pieces, mix with the onions and parsley greens and pass through a meat grinder. Salt the prepared mass, add ground pepper and mix. Single out schnitzels, giving them an oval shape. Soak in egg, beaten with milk, roll in crumbs and fry on both sides until tender. In order for the schnitzel to be more juicy, you can put it in the oven for a few minutes. Side with mashed potatoes.
