Herring in sour cream

Soak the herring in water, strong tea or milk. Peeling and removing the bones, cut the herring into chunks, put on a small plate and pour sour cream with mustard, sugar, grated horseradish, finely chopped onions. Sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, garnish with slices of tomato or radish. Serve with cold or hot boiled potatoes.
