Herring with fresh vegetables

Clean the herring and cut into square pieces 2-3 cm in size, spread with a thin layer of mustard. Leave the radish whole, cut the cucumber into thick slices, tomato and onion - into 4-5 sectors. Pierce the products with a long stick so that after every second piece of vegetables there is a piece of herring. When serving, stick the ends of the sticks into the bread or put on a dish. Serve with black bread and sour cream.
