Uzbek fish sardelks

Fish fillet (cod, hake, nototenia) pass through a meat grinder. Add white bread soaked in milk, onions, raw egg, pepper, salt. Mix everything and pass it through the meat grinder again. Beat the resulting mass well. Form the sausages from minced meat, wet in a mixture of egg, milk and flour and deep-fry. Side with mashed potatoes. Pour over the butter. If desired, you can put 2-3 wedges of garlic in minced meat.
