Salamis - fish fillet in greek

Salt the fish fillet and sprinkle with lemon juice. Heat half a portion of vegetable oil, fry finely chopped onions and garlic in it, add fish, pour in wine and sprinkle with herbs. Cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Peel the pepper from seeds and partitions, cut into thin rings and fry in the remaining vegetable oil. Peel the cucumber, cut into wedges and add to the pepper after 10 minutes of frying, add halves of tomatoes after another 5 minutes, salt, pepper. Put the finished vegetables on the fish and simmer together under a lid over a low heat for 5 minutes. Serve the dish hot with white bread or potatoes.
