Fish bread

Pass the flesh of the fish through a meat grinder. Add bread, butter, salt, parsley or dill soaked in milk to the mass, garlic, if desired. Mix the mass well and add finely chopped hard-boiled eggs to it. Put the mass in a tin greased with oil and bake in the oven. It is supplied hot and cold.
