grind the fillet on a meat grinder, add a bun soaked in milk, onions, egg, pepper. stir and grind again. the resulting mass is well knocked out. from minced meat to form sticks-bars. moisten each in a mixture of egg, milk and wheat flour and deep-fry. serve with mashed potatoes, pour butter, garnish with a sprig of parsley.
