Cod baked in marinade

Cut the cod into fillet, cut into pieces, fry on both sides and put in a dish: a layer of fish, a layer of carrots with chopped onions, potatoes fried until ready and another layer of fish. Pour over the marinade and bake in the oven. Sprinkle with parsley greens before serving.
