Cod baked in white sauce

Salt the cod fillet, drizzle with lemon juice or lemon whey acid. Put in a pan with the preheated butter. Put in a heated oven and bake slightly. Then pour over the white sauce and boil. Sprinkle with grated cheese, drizzle with butter, sprinkle with crushed crumbs, put in the oven for 10 - 15 minutes. Serve hot.
