Cod baked with vegetables

Cut the cod into pieces and salt. Cut the vegetables into thin mugs and fold into a saucepan. Pour 3-4 spoons of water, add fat, salt and simmer until half cooked. Put the fish on a fat-greased pan, drizzle with melted fat and cover with vegetables. Top with the diced tomatoes and sprinkle over the coarsely grated cheese. Put for 20 minutes in a medium heated oven. Remove the fish when the cheese is slightly browned and serve hot. Serve the potatoes separately.
