Horseradish-baked cod

Drizzle the cod with vinegar, salt, put on a greased baking sheet, pour over the melted oil and put in a medium-heated oven. Oven for 30 - 40 minutes, often watering with fat and water (2 - 3 spoons). Pour the finished fish over lightly salted and sugared sour cream mixed with grated horseradish and bake for a few more minutes. Serve with potatoes.
