Cut the orange in half, squeeze the juice into a separate dish. Grind the rye bread into crumbs. Heat the oil in a pan, pour bread crumbs, put the crushed garlic and grated orange peel. Mix well so that the crumbs absorb the oil. Cut the cod fillet into pieces, put in a fat-greased frying pan, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with white crumbs and pour over the orange juice. Bake in open dishes for 20 - 30 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes and herbs.
