Sterlet in volzhsky




A fish beloved in Russia has long been sterlet. Sterlet recipes are traditional for Russian cuisine - the famous sterile ear, steam sterlet with a ring and, of course, sterlet recipes in Volzhsky, one of which is described here.

sterlet - 500 g, sour cream - 100 g, butter - 1 tbsp. spoon, onions - 1 pc., salt to taste, pepper to taste

Treat the sterlet, grate with salt inside, sprinkle with pepper, put in the cold for 1 hour. Then cut the sterlet in half, put on an oil-lubricated pan and put in the oven. After 15 minutes, grease the fish on top with sour cream and put it in the oven again. When the sterlet is baked, put browned, finely shredded onions on top of it, add some more sour cream and bring to readiness. Serve the fish hot.
