Stavrida (mackerel) baked in russian

Cut the prepared scad or mackerel into pieces. Boil the peeled potatoes, cut into circles. Whisk raw eggs with milk and butter. Put the fish in greased dishes, cover with a layer of potatoes, salt, pour a mixture of milk and eggs and bake in the oven. Before serving, decorate the dish with herbs.
