Mackerel baked with egg

Salt the processed mackerel (or scad), pepper, bake in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Sprinkle the fish with shredded bulb onions, put circles of potatoes around. Mix the egg with milk, add flour, salt and stir. Pour the fish with this mixture. Sprinkle with crumbs, drizzle with oil and bake in the oven. Serve in the same pan the fish was baking in.
