Pike baked with potatoes
1 serving
Cut the fillet across, sprinkle with salt and pepper, put the pieces in an oiled pan. Sprinkle the fish on top with raw potatoes, cut into noodles and washed in cold water. Place thin slices of potatoes on the edges of the pan. Salt, sprinkle with flour, pour fish broth or water, sprinkle with crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter and put in the oven for 20-40 minutes. If the broth boils quickly in a pan when baking, add the broth or boiled water. Sometimes slightly toasted onions are added, which are placed on the fish, and potatoes on top. When serving, sprinkle the fish with chopped greens. To the fish serve a salad of fresh vegetables, fresh, salted or canned cucumbers and sauerkraut.
