mix raw eggs with sour cream. finely shred the onions, combine with the previously prepared mixture, salt. put sardines sautéed in flour in a pan pre-greased with fat, fry lightly, then pour over the sardines with the cooked mixture and bake. garnish with parsley or dill greens before serving.
