Fish baked with pasta

Boil the pasta, season with butter. Cut the prepared fish into portions (without bones). Pour food waste fish with a little cold water and cook with spices, roots and onions. After 1/2 h, strain the decoction, lower portions of fish into it and cook until it is semi-ready 10 minutes, after which it is carefully removed from the decoction. Place the pasta in a layer on the bottom of the oiled saucepan. Place the fish on top. Pour over the milk sauce, drizzle with butter and bake in the oven. You can also prepare pike, walleye, whitefish, catfish, halibut.
