Fish baked with potatoes

freshly frozen hake fillet, pollock or other ocean fish, slightly defrosted, cut into portions. whisk the eggs with milk. melt butter or butter margarine. wash the potatoes, boil in slightly salted water, cool, peel and cut into mugs. Place portions of fish in a well-lubricated saucepan, drizzle with vinegar, put potato circles on top, add and sprinkle with ground bitter pepper. then pour in the warmed butter, whipped egg-milk mixture and sprinkle with finely grated cheese. put the saucepan in a heated oven and bake the dish until tender, then decorating with herbs.
